For years, I resisted my intense emotions, viewing them as burdens. Through patience and self-discovery, I learned to hold space for the full range of my feelings, embracing all parts of myself. Breathwork Therapy

Breathwork Therapy is a mind-body practice that uses controlled breathing exercises to influence various physiological and psychological functions. Unlike casual breathing exercises, Breathwork Therapy is typically guided by a trained practitioner and often incorporates elements of mindfulness and introspection.

By altering your breath, you influence your nervous system, heart rate, and even brain chemistry. For example, slow, deep breathing activates your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and calming anxiety. On the other hand, faster, rhythmic breathing can energize you.

Somatic Energy Healing

Somatic Energy Healing (SEH) is a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and energy. It aims to identify and release blockages in your energy flow, believed to contribute to physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. Think of it as a gentle nudge to help your natural healing mechanisms function optimally.

Through various techniques such as gentle touch, guided imagery, and mindful awareness we are able to access and release stagnant energy. This can involve light hand placements on your body, guided visualization exercises, or simply focusing on your breath and bodily sensations.

Family Constellation

Family Constellation Therapy(FCT) is a unique form of therapy that explores your family system's dynamics and potential hidden influences on your current challenges. Imagine it as using a theatrical approach to uncover unconscious patterns and emotions passed down through generations.

Unlike traditional therapy where you directly discuss your issues, Constellation Therapy uses a more indirect approach. In a group setting, you'll choose participants to represent key figures in your family, like parents, siblings, or even past relatives. You then intuitively position them in the space, creating a "constellation" that reflects your perceived family relationships. As the facilitator observes and guides the process, emotional responses and hidden dynamics emerge, offering insights into your present concerns.
